Application Range:
The sterilizer is used to sterilize wrapped, instruments, vessels, culture medium, and small amount of liquid in unsealed bottles.

The sterilizer has multiple safety structures, including overpressure protection, low water-level protection, door interlock system, overload and short circuit protection, which ensure safety operation.
Insulation: The sterilizer’s chamber is covered with rock wool to avoid heat emission.
Technical Specification:
Chamber
1. The chamber is made of stainless steel (customer option: SUS 304 or SUS 316L). It is designed and manufactured according to ASME standard, which ensures safety of pressure vessels.
2. The chamber surface is finely polished, glabrous, corrosion-proof and easy to clean.
3. The equipment has over-pressure protection device---safety valve, which is safe and reliable.

Door Structure
1. The sterilizer has automatic door structure. Operator can open and close door with easy touch on the panel.
2. The doors of sterilizer are sealed by silicone rubber inflatable with compressed-air.
3. It has double-door safety interlock system. When the door is not closed, steam can not enter the chamber. When chamber steam pressure is not safety pressure, the doors cannot open.
Pipeline System
1. The pipeline system is composed of control valve, pipelines and filter.
2. The control valve is pneumatic valve, which has advantages of strong heat resistance performance, reliable operation and low fault rate, which ensures overall performance of sterilizer.
3. The pipelines are stainless steel, clamps connected; it is easy for installation and maintenance.
Control System
1. The control system is mainly composed of PLC (customer option: MITSUBISHI or SIMENSE). The whole system operates reliably and controls precisely, which ensure overall performance and sterilizing effect.

2. The control system has HMI, it has functions including multiple sterilizing processes for users to choose, setting the sterilizing parameters, displaying the parameters and the cycle phases, printing the sterilizing reports, users can also choose manual operation for special requirement.

3. The printer is used for recording and printing data of time, temperature and the pressure in the operation process.

Vacuum System:
1. Vacuum system is used for disposing of cool air, keeping uniform temperature in the chamber.

2. The vacuum system of sterilizer is mainly composed of liquid ring vacuum pump, vacuum valve and pipelines. Among these, the vacuum pump is the key part. The vacuum system has good advantages of operating stably, low voice, high vacuum and fast air suction, which ensures sterilizing effect and whole performance.

Instruments Sterilizing Program:
It is used for sterilizing the metal apparatus, vessels and tools. The sterilizing program is composed of pulsation vacuum, rising temperature, sterilizing (keeping the same temperature for a certain time) and cooling. The users can set the sterilizing parameters according to goods’ characteristics and manufacturing requirements. The setting range of the sterilizing parameters is: Sterilizing Pressure: 0.07-0.22Mpa; Sterilizing
Temperature115-134℃, Sterilizing Time: 1-99minutes.
Wrapped Sterilizing Program:
It is used for sterilizing the wrapped and dressing bag. The sterilizing program is composed of pulsation vacuum, rising temperature and sterilizing (keeping the same temperature for a certain time) and drying. The users can set the sterilizing program according to the goods’ characteristics and manufacturing requirements. The setting range of the sterilizing parameters is: Sterilizing Pressure: 0.07-0.22MPa, sterilizing temperature, 115-134℃, sterilizing time 1-99minutes, drying time 1-99minutes.
Liquid Sterilizing Program:
It is used for sterilizing the less amount of liquid in the unsealed bottles and culture medium. The sterilizing program is composed of warming-up, rising temperature and sterilizing (keeping the same temperature for a certain time) and cooling. The users can set the sterilizing parameters according to the goods’ characteristics and the manufacturing requirements. The setting range of the sterilizing parameters is: Sterilizing Pressure: 0.07-0.22Mpa; Sterilizing Temperature: 115-134℃；Sterilizing Time: 1-999 minutes.
BD-test: It is used to test air removal and steam penetration.
User can operate manually if have special requirement;
